The segment structure

1, mixed section

Mixing section at the top and sides of the blocking plate is arranged on the air, usually at the top of the outlet for return with, side wall plate outlet for fresh air inlet. 2, early, medium efficiency filter section

There is no woven cloth bag type filter, easy to assemble and disassemble, and the sealing between the frame is good. The primary effect filter media is WY-CP-9 type nonwoven fabric. Medium efficiency filter material for WZ-CP-2 type of non-wovenfabric. The filter section is necessary for the purification of air conditioning system and should be installed in the fan section (S). Rent, medium efficiency filter section is set up to test the instrument, the pressure difference on the spotshow.

3, Mufflersection

A modular block combination muffler section, noise reduction for 15-20dB(A).

4, fresh air, return air, exhaust air conditioning stage

This section is arranged on the top of fresh air, exhaust valve, avalve, areturn. Double fan system and there is a row of wind, the section is set at the back of the exit of the machine, it can record three parts of the air flow.

5, two times the return period

The two section is arranged on the top of two return air control valve.

6, middle section

As a part of the connection between the body and the internal inspection and repair, the open door, from the end of the 250mm.

7, send, return fan section

Send fan section and return period are equipped with high efficiency and energy saving double in wind centrifugal fan, and is equipped with a spring damping pedestal, good vibration isolation performance, smooth operation and low noise.

Introduction of JCZK modular air conditioning unit

The air blower section is divided into three types: S, vertical (H) and lower (D). The top of the fan section can be opened for two times, so as to shorten the length of the air conditioner. Return fan top can open a new return air inlet, outlet, depending on the need of engineering design and selection. 8, the average flow section

9, heating section

The heater has copper tube (d/4) sets of aluminum and steel tube around two kinds of steel. The heater has a row, two rows and three rows, which can be selected. Hot water and steam can be used as heat medium for steam heating medium for single loop structure.

10, table cooling water plate section

Table cooler face velocity vy is more than or equal to 2.5m/s. 11, pouring water meter cold section

12, spray section

Spray section of the two row, three row and three row four. Period with current board and a water retaining plate, nozzle for FL type, orifice diameter of 4.0mm, the water pressure 0.15Mpa, each water volume 250kg/h, efficient energy-saving.

13, dry steam humidifier

The body configuration of a dry steam humidifier, manual (MSH) gas dynamic (QSHtype) and electric (ESH type) three choices for engineering design.

14, send the wind section

The air supply outlet is located at the top (vertical out of the wind), the side of the board (horizontal wind) and the bottom floor of the three, for the project. Dry steam humidifier can also be located in this section, in order to shorten the length of combined air conditioner. This section only after the blower section still has other functions section M. placed generally may not be placed.

15, turning section

This section has two types of horizontal and verticalturning. When the room is not enough length,  can choose the level of the corner, the section is equipped with a guide plate, conveying air uniform. When the engine room is high, the space can be used, can choose vertical bend section, installed in the air blower section (H) above, then pick up theselected functional section, such as: the muffler section, the wet section, the two heating section, the middle section, the middle section, the air supply section,etc..

16, motor, lighting and meter test hole

36V40W waterproof lamp, a are arranged on the air conditioner in the mixing section, middle section, dry steam humidifier section, secondary return air section, flow section, a blower section. Air conditioning power control cabinet, provide all power equipment for air conditioning, power supply operation, interlocking guarantee and display alarm system, and provide 36V safe voltage lighting system. The user is responsible for the 380V power line connected to the control cabinet and connected to the power plant.
